It all started with a Euro-Backpacking Trip in 2001, and now it has been a passion of mine to obsessively travel all over the world, connect my friends, and the people that I have met into one hip community - SocialiteTravel.com. Although the site is going through a new and ongoing face-lift, we are now ready to connect to the world! I have met some very interesting people, and I hope to stay connected with everyone. Please get crazy and share all of your travel experiences - everyone has a story!

At SocialiteTravel.com, we believe in giving back to the world. Feel free to use our Social Giving App to promote or support a charity, or simply write a blog about it.

This year (2010), members of our community and myself will be doing a lot of backpacking in North America (USA), and short visits to the Philippines, Colombia, and maybe a quick trip to Costa Rica. We hope to run into some of you, that would be splendid =)

So what's important to you?
When I am not traveling, I am at home doing freelance digital marketing, special events, and fundraisers. (Well.....I guess I do this during my travels too). Most people think that my gig, consisting of throwing parties and handling campaigns for people that have plenty of dough to throw around, is the perfect job. Well, I do like to have fun every once in a blue moon, but instead of being at home at an ultra-lounge popping bottles (NOT), I would much rather be at a beach bungalow in Thailand sipping on the local beverages, or doing an extreme downhill mountain bike trail in British Columbia, and maybe even an Overland Travel Trip in Africa after volunteering at a local village! Do you get my point? I was meant to travel. Remember this "Globetrotters", YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE!

Flashpacking is in my blood, exploring the unknown excites me, I'm totally addicted to adventure, and I am especially excited to meet all of you along the way!
